The Mega Man 2 No Hit run is simply playing through the game without taking any damage. I had been practicing to speed run this game so this helped me a lot. I'd like to go back and do this some day as I think there's a lot of things I could possible do both better and faster.
Flash Man: I do this stage first because his weapon is so useful against bosses and enemies alike. Sometimes he just makes a stage sooo muche asier to play.
Metal Man: Metal Man is second because his weapon is so good. Perhaps the most broken in all of Mega Man. No real problems in this stage. I could do it a lot faster now though.
Wood Man: I do this stage third because the Wood man weapon is good vs Air Man and I want him done as soon as I can. Looking back there's a lot that can be optimized. For example using flash man's weapon to prevent the tiger bot thingies froms pawning.
Air Man: Thsi stage is pretty tough for newbies. Not getting hit by air man is even tougher. I decided to use flash man's weapon to be able to safely dodge his attack and put myself in good positioning to blast him with wood man.
Bubble Man: Fun stage, no real problems. Metal Man makes it super easy.
Heat Man: Having the Item 2 makes thsi stage a lot better. allows you to skip a lot of annoying parts. Pretty simple stage in terms of not takign damage.
Crash Man: This stage is really annoying as it has lots of climbing. I use wood man shield to protect myself from dropping enemies as it's my only real option.
Quick Man: The stage is meant to be played without takign damage as it will 1 shot you anyway. The hard part is Quick man himself. Flash man's weapon can only drain half of his helath then you have to rely on skipp and dodging to win.
Wily Stage 1: Straight forward stage, no big deal really. I use metal man to kill some enemies that would otherwise hit me if I tried to shoot them dead on.
Wily Stage 2: I use flash mans weapon here to get through the stupid hallway. The boss is simple with metal man. Bubble man's weapon will also 1 shot him but it's harder to do.
Wily Stage 3: Short stage, almost no enemies to worry about.
Wily Stage 4 (AKA: Purple Hell): This stage sucks balls. The boss is literal garbage and I wish it upon no one.
Boss Rush: Had to split this into two because it was too hard to do all 8 bosses in 1 recording. Next time I'd liek to do it all in one.
FINALE: The bossrush Wily can be one shot with a charged heat man weapon. The 2nd form dies in one shot to crash man. The final Wily boss is simple, just jump over his bullets and spam bubbles.
